Subscriptions
Manage or cancel Doody Pro in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Include your purchase email if you write to us about billing.
Biometric lock
If Face ID or Touch ID will not open Doody, confirm the app is enabled under iOS Face ID / Touch ID settings and that you are using the device that installed the app.
